Dynamic Vinyasa is an athletic form of Yoga. Vinyasa is a flowing style, uniting movement and breath. This class groups poses together and links them, creating sequences that build strength, flexibility and fire within the body.
This is a style that works the body intelligently, encouraging power, grace and playfulness. Whether young or old, male or female, big or small yoga increases strength, stamina and vitality in all bodies. This is an open level class, beginners welcome!
