Ben Osborn brings his blend of ambient electronica, bittersweet pop and dark folk storytelling to Bristol's Cafe Kino for an exclusive, intimate performance.
Now signed to Alex Stolze's Nonostar Records, Ben's upcoming debut album (to be released this winter) brings piano-led classically inspired arrangements and electronic vistas to his trademark lyrical songwriting. This Bristol date is a rare opportunity to catch him in an intimate setting in the UK ahead of tours in Germany this autumn.
With a special guest appearance from Bristol's folk collective Hands of the Heron. More TBC.
"Beautiful" – BBC Introducing
“A subtle sonic blend of electro-acoustic, classical and slacker folk. Haiku and Tanka guide the listener through a dreamlike landscape of modern day archetypes, between the lines and off the page.” – WANDA.
“Drifts tide-like between the connected poles of autobiography and dream-narrative, or back and forth along the route of passage between poem – lyric – song.” – Moot Press
