Her on-going graphic novel A Journey to Motherhood was longlisted in 2018 for the Laydeez Do Comics Prize.

Max K is the founder of Shake Bristol, a hub of illustration events and publications. More than a bimonthly art fair, Shake Bristol is a community, bringing together artists - emerging or established - and a public always keen to discover what the city has to offer.
